The Easy Form Trade is a way for you to trade your unwanted or extra forms with someone else for forms
that may be helpful to you. You send an envelope of forms to a person on this list, and they will send you the same amount of DIFFERENT forms in return.
Here are the rules:
1) Rebate/refund forms are traded one-for-one; you send 20, you get 20 in return.
2) You must enclose a LSASE with your trade with
proper postage, so that the person can return your trade.
3) Limit 20 forms per trade.
4) All forms MUST have 45 + days until expiration.
5) No money-plus or SS forms, please.
6) All traders who list their address here are agreeing to the above rules.
